Q. Who are Datelicious Gift Suppliers?

A. We work with a range of companies and individuals from around the world to allow us to bring creative gifts for every stage of your relationship.

Q. Where is Datelicious Gifts located?

A. We are located in the world’s best-known coffee capital! For the tea drinkers that are unsure – we are in Melbourne, Australia.

A. If I have a question about my order, how do I contact the Datelicious Gifts Team?

Q. Can I call to speak to someone if I have a question?

A. As we are an online company, email is the quickest way to communicate with us initially.  However, we get how frustrating it can be communicating via email – so if you would like us to call you, please include your contact number when you visit our contact us page.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Q. How long will it take to receive my delivery?

A.  Australian capital cities and surrounding metro areas will receive their order within two days from placing the order. Regional locations – allow four working days.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, it won’t be long until we ship worldwide! Of course, if you are desperate to receive one of our gifts, please email us and we will see what we can do!

Q. Can I track my delivery?

A. Sure can!  We use Couriers Please for all shipping. This allows for your delivery to be tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is despatched, an update regarding its journey right until it hits your door! Boom!

Q. How do you ensure that it’s delivered?

A. All shipments require a signature upon delivery so we ensure that it is received by the right person. If someone is not available at the specified address at the time of delivery, ‘Couriers Please’ will leave a card to alert you that they attempted to deliver.  There will be a contact number to allow you to redirect the parcel to an alternative address, advise if they can leave it without a signature or request another delivery time.

Q. Some Gifts mention that it’s delivered directly from the supplier – how does delivery work?

A. The same fabulous service. Even though it may not be gift wrapped it will arrive within a minimum of 5 days and a signature will be required.

Returns

Q. What happens if I am not happy with the product or gift I have ordered?

A. If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from ordering.

Please note, important information regarding refunds:

  • Refunds exclude postage paid for delivery and postage to return products
  • Only complete and unused products will be refunded. Please return all products in its original packaging.
  • If the product is part of a gift kit, please note, we do not offer a partial refund.

Q. How long will it take to receive my refund?

A. Once we have received your returned items, we will forward you an email to acknowledge receipt.  Provided the above has been met, we will process a refund within 7 days.

Q. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

A. Kindly take a couple of photos of the damaged item/s and email it to our customer service team – and we will organise either a refund or replacement – whichever you prefer.

A. Ordering through our site is quick, safe and easy. After you have found the gifts you were looking for, it’s simply a matter of a few clicks to order and ship the gifts.

Q. What happens if I need assistance during the ordering process?

A. If you need any assistance during ordering process or assistance using our website, please do not hesitate to contact customer service – using the contact us page.

Payment Methods

Q. What Payments methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Datelicious Gifts.

Q. When is payment debited from your card?

A. Payment is debited at the time of the transaction.

Q. Is the payment method secure?

A. Payments are processed by a certified Payment Service Provider (PSP), your bank and credit card information will be securely processed by the PSP.

Features of ‘My Account’

Q. How do I view or edit my order?

A. You can check order status, track a shipment, view pickup details, edit your shipping or email address, print an invoice, and more simply by logging into your account.  Simply click on ‘my account’ in the top right-hand corner.

Q. Can I change ‘My Account’ Information?

A. To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.

To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”. To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.

Signature Gift Wrapping

Q. Do you gift wrap?

A. Sure do for all gifts that are shipped directly from Datelicious Gifts.  If an item is not shipped directly from Datelicious Gifts and direct from one of our wonderful suppliers – it will not include our signature gift wrapping.

General Questions

Q. Do you have a physical store?

A. No – we are an online store. However, some of our gift packs will be readily available in some stockists throughout Australia in the coming months. Make sure you are signed up to our newsletter to be kept in the loop and the first to know when this happens.

Q. Do you sell gift vouchers!

A. Yep! check out our gift voucher page. Choose a virtual gift or a boxed gift voucher and we will get it underway.
